Happy Monday, everyone! My mom’s birthday is October 9th, and this year she will be celebrating a very special 80th birthday! Lately, Mom hasn’t been eating very much and has been losing weight. I noticed that when we got her some snacks she really enjoyed, she would snack on them throughout the day. So I had her pick out some snacks she would like from Amazon, and she’s pretty excited about them. She also told me that for her 80th birthday, she would love to go to a really nice steakhouse, enjoy a great steak dinner, and of course, have some dessert! So I decided to set up a fundraiser/gift card so we can give her a special birthday dinner that she can enjoy. Mom has told me she doesn’t want birthday cards, but honestly, I know she would be happy to receive them. If you would like to send her a birthday card, I’d be more than happy to send you her address privately. I know money is tight for everyone, including myself, so please don’t feel pressured. Anything she receives, big or small, will mean so much to her and she will be extremely grateful. Let’s help make her 80th birthday a special one!
