Our Founder

YESINDEED WISHES was founded by Fiona Robinson Moody, affectionately known as “Lady Fee,” a visionary leader whose passion for helping others inspired her to create a movement built on hope, compassion, and community. Taking her ministry beyond the church walls, Lady Fee founded YESINDEED WISHES, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives one wish at a time. As Founder and CEO, she continues to follow both her dreams and her God-given calling to serve others.

Originally launched as YES INDEED INC in November 2008, the organization began its journey online with a mission to uplift those in need. Partnering with New Jerusalem Worship & Praise Center, where she currently serves as a Pastoral Minister and Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor, YESINDEED WISHES provided blankets to individuals and families during the winter season. Soon after, the organization joined efforts to provide toys for children living in a women’s shelter. By January 2009, it became clear that YESINDEED WISHES was more than an idea — it was the beginning of something extraordinary. Since then, the organization has continued its mission of spreading kindness, restoring hope, and changing lives across communities.

Lady Fee’s impact reaches far beyond one organization. Before the closure of the Wish Upon a Hero website, she personally granted more than 4,000 wishes through the platform. Her former online community, Wish Upon a Hero Café — a Yahoo group she created for like-minded HEROES — granted nearly 1,000 wishes totaling more than $8,000 in goods and financial assistance. Through YESINDEED WISHES, over 600 wishes have been granted, totaling nearly $18,300 in support and resources for individuals and families in need. These remarkable accomplishments led to Lady Fee being honored with the prestigious Wish Upon a Hero 2010 Super Hero of the Year Award.

Driven by the belief that compassion should be matched with integrity, Lady Fee ensures that YESINDEED WISHES operates with excellence in accountability, governance, and community service. Guided by the powerful motto, “Everyone has a WISH. Every WISH deserves a HERO,” she launched YESINDEEDWISHES.ORG in April 2019 — a unique online wishing platform designed to connect individuals in need with everyday heroes willing to make a difference.

Lady Fee is supported by a dedicated and compassionate team that shares her vision for service. Among them is Mrs. Brigid Bova, the YESINDEED WISHES Wish Operations Director. Known for her generous spirit and commitment to helping others, Bova has worked alongside Lady Fee for many years, playing a vital role in granting wishes and bringing hope to countless lives.

Lady Fee is also blessed with an amazing volunteer staff that carefully monitors wishes and member interactions to help ensure that everyone is treated with fairness, respect, and kindness. Their commitment helps create a safe and supportive environment where people can give and receive with confidence. Together, the YESINDEED WISHES team continues to inspire others through acts of kindness, generosity, and love.
