Good afternoon everyone I truly didn't want to come on here to ask for help at all. Was on the phone yesterday for 7hr 37 mins & 44 seconds to speak to someone regarding us losing power the weekend of July 4th. Yesterday was the cut off to get reimbursed for the food I lost.(foodstamps) Well I was hung up on around 4:34pm after waiting that long to speak to someone. I said hello 3 or 5 times then they hung up on me. They close at 5pm so no reason to call back. So I have made a Walmart order to help with some meat & few extra frozen items. I understand everyone is hurting right now, if you can't help I understand completely. I had enough left to replace my our milk, eggs & cheese. It is about $111 worth of items, I can work with that for the rest of the month. Thank you for looking at my wish
