This Nana needs a little help. ??
My oldest grandson (Chance aka mater) — who also happens to be my very special young man — turns 18 on the 28th. He has overcome so much this year, and I’m incredibly proud of him. He’ll be a senior next year, and I’m praying he stays encouraged and keeps pushing toward graduation.
Lately he’s been saying things like “no one cares,” and it breaks my heart. I keep reminding him that he does have people who care and a village behind him.
Unfortunately, I recently found out that his parents are not planning to do anything for his birthday, and I can’t let this milestone pass without making him feel celebrated and loved.
If anyone would like to help brighten his day, even something small would mean the world:

Most importantly, I just want him to feel seen, valued, and loved on his 18th birthday.
